The terms of the deal are fantastic for RMHB in every way, and as others have pointed out here today, management is not betting the whole farm on this deal.
It is one of many, which include "normal" distribution deals, and this will be proven in the very near term.
Many so-called longs posting here today know that too, which is unfortunate for them IMHO. Most who carry on in that manner will NEVER apologize for it later when the truth proves them to be wrong, and disgracefully so.
Unfortunate for them I say, because many true investors as well as those members of management working so hard to make it happen will not forget. They will remember their less than noble bed wetting.
