1) This isn't RMHB's only strategy. It's one of many distribution strategies. Only a few of its eggs are in this basket.
2) It's like having a private-label customer that's not a private-label customer, i.e., one partner placing large orders. What if you were to find out their partner had placed a $10M initial order? Would you feel differently? Let's see what the numbers look like.
3) There are MLM companies (all totally legit, btw) that are billion-dollar enterprises. The right company at the right time can go bonkers.
4) Please consider reframing your view of the MLM industry. If they actually were the 'pyramid' schemes you suggest they are, they'd have been regulated out of business. Bernie Madoff ran a pyramid scheme. MLMs give opportunities to anyone; with the legit ones, the payout algorithms work; and the people who get in earliest tend to do best. That's not illegal, that's capitalism! Just think about our situation. Are we a pyramid scheme because we're in at five cents (or whatever) and down the road the stock PPS might get to $10? If it is, we're all in trouble.
