I do not believe that the market cap of this company is at $22 million "because of dilution."
How many pre-clinical or early-stage companies have market caps that are much higher than this company, which has multiple successful clinical trials for 3 different drugs with multiple applications?
Here are two to compare:
AVXL, one would-be Alzheimer's drug, small phase 1 clinical trial. Market cap, 109 million
CRMD, one disinfecting process for implanted catheters, 92 million.
And then there's IPIX. Multiple successful clinical trials, 3 different successful drugs for at least 5 different applications -- and this ludicrous market cap?
It's not dilution.
There are 163.61 million shares outstanding. If shares were priced at 1.00, this would still be a market cap of only 164 million. AVXL's all-or-nothing one drug is priced at 2/3 of that market cap.
I'm not going to waste my time looking for more comparisons, but to deny the effect of the concerted and repeated short attacks by Mako and Adam Feuerstein and the many basher identities -- that is denying reality.
