Right on Brands Inc.™ (OTCQB: RTON) has prepared a statement to discuss corporate operations as the 3rd. fiscal quarter has drawn to a close. Corporate CEO Ashok Patel discusses the growth, future direction of the company and its relationship to the multibillion-dollar cannabis industry.
"Right on Brands has grown considerably in the last year which has transitioned from a development stage company to an actual revenue producing company in 2018. We have launched Humbly Hemp™ and ENDO Brands™ that have enjoyed success building sales while distributing these products to a growing retail customer base. The launch of ENDO Labs was our next priority, and this occurred in the Spring 2018. ENDO Labs is our new product development arm and private label development and manufacturing division.
Revenues have been steadily increasing and our flagship CBD infused ENDO Brands™ product line is leading the way. We believe our ENDO Water™ product has the best solubility of any CBD water available today. We have been contacted by other companies who share in the belief that ENDO Labs excels in the ability to formulate CBD based products into palette pleasing products. We are pleased to announce we are finalizing several exciting new distribution and product development contracts with companies that have long established beverage industry backgrounds. These announcements will be revealed in the 4th. quarter 2018.
Right on Brands rapid growth is responsible for its own set of problems. Due to technical error storing data, audits taking longer than expected created accounting delays in recent quarterly reports. The June 30th report is now filed and it is in compliance with Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. Our accounting issues have now been addressed and we are implementing a set of controls to prevent this problem in the future.
Beginning in early 2019 look for the launch of the Humble Water Company™. Humble Water™ is high in natural alkalinity and pure as the driven snow. This product will be available soon."
