Open - October 31.
E*Trade had L2 feed problems today on all OTC stocks. Coming on line now one-by-one.
$ECOX now up.
Fake undercut ask at .3250 and .3249 that was cancelled yesterday not put back up.
No basher / manipulator paint downs at open from orders placed before open.
Ask still just 5000 left at .3275.
Bid at .2400 increased by 1000 to 3470 (no now shows).
