That’s the quarterly. Their fiscal year ended July 31st. A company of Utopyas standing has 90 days from the end of that year to produce their annual report. Ninety days was up yesterday. So either OTC markets hasn’t updated, which would be odd or Utopya hasn’t delivered the financials or asked for an extension. This is not good. With everything that has happened, it is imperative that Utopya does things the right way and shows some sort of honesty and transparency. IMO.
The fiancial statements are the only way investors can look into the books of the company and see how “healthy” that company is. By not providing the reports, it’s just another big F U to the shareholders.
If anyone on this board has any contact with Melanie, please ask her to see if she can find out WTF is going on. I know she doesn’t deal in this end of the company, but no one is speaking and perhaps she has some insight into why we are not seeing an extension or the fins.
