We had a few telephone conversations and he always expressed very strong confidence in the company's ability to succeed, even up until a few weeks ago when it became obvious that it was over unless Baltia could come up with $22,000,000 + more start up money + an airplane acceptable to the FAA + new manuals, + etc., etc, etc.________etc.

The Lt. was once my idol but things have changed a lot since then. In any case it would please me if the courts find him innocent of all charges, regardless of the seemingly strong accusations presented at this time. ___Time will tell.

I would love to discuss the business of the company but there is nothing left to talk about as the company has cut off all contact with it's investors.
