(OTC PINK: AGHI) (the “Company”) today announced that its 51% owned subsidiary, eSilkroad Network Limited, has entered into project negotiations with State Grid Corporation of China (“SGCC”)( http://www.sgcc.com.cn), the state-owned electric utility monopoly and largest utility company in the world[1], following presentations of our B2B social networking site, “eSilknet” at the Silk Road business summit held October 16-17, 2018 in the city of Zhangjiajie, Hunan Province.
The theme of the summit was “A new era of openness. New development platform. New beautiful Hunan”, and the event was attended by over 500 representatives from different countries related to “One Belt, One Path” including state political leaders, diplomatic envoys from across China, leaders of the United Nations, chairmen of the International Chambers of Commerce of Silk Road countries, leaders of transnational corporations, and Silk Road business opportunity “think tanks” and other guests.
Topics at the summit included:
1) Construction of a new platform for international co-operation "One belt, one path";
2) Maintaining the multilateral trading system and creating an open world economy through the development of international standards and regulations;
