It's a good try newyork, but this PPS is stuck at .0001. You keep stating that there some kind of "deal" going on but nothing concrete on your knowledge of it...Bill wouldn't give any information to anyone so idk how you would know unless your Bill himself. I'm open for discussion but it doesn't seem like you respond to anyone after they as you, including myself.
