CY....like most everyone else I don't know if that can be answered quite yet. I do know that we have been lied to by Mr Starkweather and Mr Steinberg or it appears so based on their Q&A in December (and other) and the follow thru that has not come to fruition. I really don't understand all the relationships involved and who is truly running this show. One thing (among many) that bothers me is the failure to complete a deal(s) whether it was the CES contracts (supposed ink drying), CLEC LOI, WEWI and who knows what else. If we can't negotiate some of these smaller deals how can we truly expect them to handle a large foreign distributor negotiation? If they want our respect and to be known for their integrity they need to make some changes in their business approach.

Not really a solid answer to your question but I say give it until end of Q1 2019 OB and it will be known
