One thing you need to about Iglow, he does not just threaten to contact the SEC, he actually does. He is a paid,professional basher on Ihub. Probably works for Ihub. Best thing you can do is ignore him, do not engage him. Do not post anything that cannot be proven. Rumors and speculation are not acceptable to him. I don't think the company did anything wrong because they are not putting out a bunch of fluff PRs. But know this, Iglow is smart and I say dangerous.
