Think I've reviewed a good handful of start up bio's this morning. Not all otc either. To me it looks like there's a LOT of love on the sidelines over the entire sector, not just IPIX and some other start ups. The tolerance level of Mr. Market clearly is lacking the patience and is almost completely event drawn.
This creates such a reactionary push in either direction.
