Pipeline is rich Jimmy. Need the Terms sheet to get finalized. They have funding to find another BP if this one falls through. I do think there is a lot of BP interest and 1 or more of the other 20 BPs that showed interest and now know they under bid may get more aggressive; and maybe have their offers ready if this falls through. Or not wait for the Terms to be finalized, and make an open market offer now. IMO
