JJ - I tend to agree with you. If they owned something they are sure about, why wouldn't they just buy the other 30% of shares and take it private. If they are/were tapped out, they could easily pick up 1-2 equity/private investors for the other 30%.
Maybe there is some confusion as to what portion of ONCI they own 70%. Hell, we talked about the 1.4B reduction being 30+% of the OS. Something doesn't add up.
