It’s annoying to see that nFusz still has to get financing from an otc bottom feeder financier, but I guess that as long as you are down in the otc gutter, you have to play by the otc rules. Meaning that the only things that matter are current sp and the latest financials. It will be interesting (and a bit scary considering this financing) to see what kind of valuation we’ll get for the up-listing raise. Hopefully Rory has a few aces up his sleeve to help us get at least 150+ million valuation.
Moreover, I wonder what factors caused them to change the original plan to get a couple of good quarters under their belt before up-listing? It was in the beginning of June in some investor conference when Rory stated that goal, but it seems that the plan changed during the next 2-3 months. Whatever the reasons, I have full confidence that Rory, the team and our advisors know what they are doing.
