I am sure the funds were needed to expedite the uplist to Nasdaq and related costs. We ALL know that we have enough income to operate and more plus figure in the new Odoo billing probably due end of Nov......It's about the timing of the need that's all. Yes, he could wait but that's not Rory's style when this much on the line.
