dw, I think more vegan and vegetable based meat replacement has a ways to go. Uninformed people will eat a places like McDonalds or what ever, But, people"'In the know" will grow from my guess 15 % to 50% in a few years.

Thr fun thing for vegetable based meat replacement for me, a diabetic, is that it is made largely out of plant protein, thus lower carbs than the old veggie burgers. RIBT is going to sell rice bran fiber, which is what is left of the process making rice bran protein. Diabetics don't want the fiber. But some food companies will love it to give fiber to some processed foods. So, nothing goes to waste when making rice bran protein.
