A big hello to fellow Longs,
Think of this as purchasing the boarding pass for an expensive flight at the last minute !!
The terms may look crazy....but it's also about time vs. cost consideration. I'm sure Rory must have chosen the fastest option here and not the one with least cost/best terms. We also have to think that the open market today doesn't see FUSZ as a Nasdaq stock, it's still a "low/negligible revenue OTC pink stock" to the outside world so obviously the terms they got don't look great.
Again, looking at the larger picture....all of this is immaterial once we board the Nasdaq flight. Also, there is a chance that we may have to do multiple S1As which may delay things further, a recent Nasdaq listing of Summit Wireless had around 4-5 S1As.
About me : I know that most of you may not know me but I've been a nFusz investor since past 7 months or so with 6 digit shares. Yeah, a bit late to the party
