Winter storm will bring up to 16 inches of snow in New England
Oh, the weather outside is frightful for parts of northern New England -- and it's not even Halloween.
A storm system is bringing snow across Vermont, New Hampshire and Maine, with Mount Washington in Coos County, New Hampshire getting 15 inches of snow so far.
TODAY's Al Roker says the winter storm walloping the Northeast will be a quick mover. Heavy snow is expected from New York City to Providence, Rhode Island, and there are blizzard warnings on Long Island and Cape Cod.
