The first thing I did was google the product reviews of the company, just as any Fortune 500 company would do before making a purchase of the product. Unfortunately the search displayed a litter of bad reviews, BBB complaints, accusations of fraud and obvious forum pumps. That's just basic DD, but I went further. More real DD to continue.....
