People need to remember that the ball is in DECN's court, not in the hands of disgruntled non-shareholders or people with axes to grind. The company's lawyers work on their own contingency and while the J&J case will eventually put big money in the company's bank account, it is the brand and new products that capture the interest of the investing public.
Do not listen to the rants of people who have never run anything except their own mouths or their keyboards. Bashing Mr. Berman 24/7 is a zero sum gain. The bashers are either out of the stock or want out of the stock. I stay in the stock (and add to my holdings) because I see unrivaled potential. That potential manifests itself in a CEO who has vision and guts, a CEO willing to take risks for long term gain.
