MMs have reduced the minimum number to be displayed on the bid to show from 5K to 2.5K.
Looks like a client has given them instructions to start collecting shares - could be the company President or funding partner trying to get more shares lower than those at .6 they bought in June.
They are trying to tempt those that got the few .1000s (.0001s on Aug 28) to trade. Also explains the higher bids to.
I did see 20K flashed.
Eventually they will move up until a few small holders are tempted to take 300% at .4 or 400% at .5 or 500% at .6
