In watching activity here for a number of YEARS , would with the present situation draw that conclusion for now. BUT hind sight sight is always 20/20 so am speculating here (NOW) that if in the next two weeks no news has yet come out and the PPS stays above .12 , then YES we reached BOTTOM range.
TO BE CLEAR: Am expecting GREAT NEWS to come out , just don't know when.
