are days away from a ruling to dismiss the IPR
(Inter Partes Review, which is really just code for how big companies have existing patents
destroyed in a corrupt process that hurts the real inventors whose technologies and life
wo
rk these conglomerates routinely steal)
for the 339 Patent that has lead to Google’s
ability to stream video on YouTube and Android 33 times faster and more cost efficient
ly
since 2010 when all you could see
on your mobile device
was a circular wheel that
said
buffering. This would not only put Google at massive financial exposure to the billions of
dollars they have achieved in revenue largely due to this technology, but it opens the door
for massive follow on licensing to more than a thousand other giant
companies who
unknowingly are infringing thanks to Google’s distribution of it through their public
domain strategy.
