All infringers will be paying damages for using SFORs patents, they will pay from when they started infringing even if it goes back many years.
If it was willful then they pay treble damages.
Some infringers will be in a position to pay up front damage, however some infringers would be put out of business if forced to pay damages up front, they will need SFORs easy payment plan lol But all will pay.
And all those on the payment plan, their payments will eventually add up cumulatively to millions a month rolling in just from damages.
Then on top of that the licensing fees which could be paid monthly, quarterly etc. The money then flowing in to SFOR and R&G and BRome will be amazing. Its rumored both are on contingency. BR for sure.
SFOR with huge lumps of cash from damages and licensing fees and all its other catalysts kicking in will eventually get to the billion plateau.
Consider:
From Duo /Cisco alone SFOR stands to get somewhere in the neighborhood of $300 to $500 mil in damages and SFORs take is 50% so SFOR and R&G get $150, $200 to $250 mil each! (my speculation) meaning we will roughly be a quarter of the way to our first billion.
Add to that Trustwave/Singtel and Thayles/Centrify and Sec Auth and Core security in this settlement cycle. Then the future infringers on the radar.
