Only 2500 left at .3250.
No basher / manipulator paint downs from orders placed before open.
May be less than 10K offered under .4 as those holding most of the cheap shares want to get .6+ for them and then start trading legacy shares for a profit along with President + Heritage Funding Inc that bought their shares up there.
