What we do know is that the company is working on some sort of venture, and that Bill can't tell shareholders anything about it until the deal is completed (then I think there is a 3 day window to report material events).
So there is no timetable from a fictitious 'reconstruction' only a continuing effort to get the company off the ground. If and when that happens we will find out about it through normal SEC reporting channels and then all come here to speculate on what it means to us
