The appeal hearing in 90-120 days, case stayed in Vegas, ruling by June 30, 2019. Better for everyone involved because the Appeals court, in their admonishment of the trial judge will tell him what he needs to do. Let the appeal be filed and then see settlement talks begin and then end.
