Expect an appeal within two weeks to the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in Washington, DC. Why two weeks and not this afternoon? Because DECN has to wait for formal paperwork from the court in Vegas. I read the ruling and the judge in Vegas acted the same way that the judge in San Jose did in 2013. He bought into J&J's argument, not unlike message board posters, that DECN is a piece of skat and not worthy of a court to grant them justice. This ruling, IMO, will be overturned on appeal, the trial judge in Vegas censured, and there will be a new trial judge assigned when the case is returned.
