Hey emit, glad you are over here. There is a lot of uncertainty in the CA market. Good news is that it was worse 3-6 months ago and since that time, things have started to fall into place (like track and trace, water regulations, etc.).
Given the regulatory situation, kinda makes sense that SIGO has kept a low profile, focused on the operations, research and development of the business. They have kept expenses seemingly low. All this amounts to an entity that wants to survive in an environment where many things are out of their control right now.
I'd also assume Valerie has a healthy chip on her shoulder, especially after all the harassment she received by bashers from LieHub. Most of my investment is placed on her - I have a feeling she will not be beaten in this game.
