Couple of issues I'd like cleared up come to mind:
1. Bean posted on the Liehub a message between him and Ilja Laurs. Laurs stated that he wasn't paid, so he quit. He also stated that he couldn't comment on whether it was a scam, and that he ONLY worked on the apps side of the company....YET, when he first started working with them, he stated that he had seen the phones and that they were "very competitive" . --Theres a couple of planks missing on that bridge i think
2. What happened with Cycloides? Are they still present or is the partnership done? And, if ANDI is such a shit show, and has a history of non payments and not meeting criteria, why would Teralite decide to work with them?
3. In the letter to the shareholders from 9/25, they allegedly were splitting ANDI into 3 divisions. Is it possible that both Teralite and Cycloides are BOTH working for ANDI as different "divisions"?
4. For #2, and #3...how are these companies being compensated?

Also from the letter: " To further our efforts at diversification, and in the interest of offering a more centralized form of communication to shareholders, we are working on a new website at www.andiamoinnovations.com. It is currently under construction but we look forward to revealing a site that matches our approach to the marke t." --It's been over a month, and still that website hasn't moved an inch. For a company that is supposed to on the cutting edge of technological advances, it seems rather perplexing to me that they would advertise a new website, and leave it as the base template that it is. Its like buying a picture frame and hanging on the wall with the photos of strangers that came with it, in your brand new start up Photography business. Also...if the site matches their approach to the market, then they haven't done a G** damned thing yet.

Also on 9/25 DVG retweeted a UTOP message that they were still working diligently and blah blah blah...#SPOTON . ---Would Daryl be so ballsy as to continue to blatantly pump this thing if it was a Charade? Or, am I to imagine that he walked into a trap and got taken as well??? Green is one thing that I just can't figure out. I mean, Christ...what would be the reason behind him getting involved in a known scam? It's not like he needs the money....
7. Starkweather gets shit canned. Why? Was he just there for his "vast OTC knowledge"? Was he just a complete and total buffoon? Is he a criminal? And, if he is a criminal, how in the f**k did no one else in this company know what was going on? Was there no oversight?
8. July 25th...they were working on a video for the 2nd phone...
I mean, seriously though....
9. We were notified 1 month ago that Keer took over as interim CEO, then shortly after we get the Teralite stuff...so it seems like they are at least moving on something. But on what? What exactly is Teralite's job? And as far as Keer goes...are we to believe that he's there to get things back on track...or is he there to close up shop? But again...if he was there to nail the coffin shut, why would DVG retweet the update?
I'm just generally confused on so much of whats going on here. I'm sure I'll come up with more stuff later, but I figured I'd throw out my issues and see what everyones thoughts were.
