Daubers IPIX removed biofilm from their indications for Brilacidin on website. Could just mean they won't be doing the testing. We won't find out about biofilms and the possible jnj connection until we get any approval for Brilacidin.
As for upfront money for OM/IBD I think it will be substantial. Leo is ready to get this company rolling big time now not 2 years from now.
