This stock is dead period. Bill had a name calling fest with me over e-mail stating that I basically talk crap on here for the excitement and drama that I supposedly wake up everyday needing. He is by far the worst "leader" and CEO of any company I've spoke with. I've spoken with many CEO's in my life that I had interest in, and even through bankruptcies and close downs they still had the integrity to speak to like a true man and admit faults. I stated specifically to him that its a shame on him for ruining shareholder value and taking people's hard earned money for his own personal greed.

I've been told (after it was too late to sell my shares) that McKay is pirate in the aerospace industry. Which you can see is true for the past year or so. Karma is a bitch and it will keep coming around until Bill does right. Either be a real CEO and tell shareholders the company is dead or be responsible and have some type of communication with shareholders. Good luck to everyone who got suckered into TPAC like I did, I hope I can eat my own words if this ticker/company does turn around. But after the conversation I had will Bill...he's a disaster.

The sad part is I was a huge supporter of TPAC, Bill's health, and all his ideas...I definitely learned my lesson.
