Listen to do a dividend with no roll back is dilutive but come on they are acquiring assets the one they closed is 66 million last 12 months trailing, and 1.69 million shares is nothing, if they had 30, 40, 50 million I may agree with you, with 1.69 mill out they will never qualify for a nasdaq listing, no company on Nasdaq ever has and for sure never will and they would need to do a equity deal of atleast 25 million at low cost to get enough to apply but that would take forever, so totally wrong totally have no clue what you are talking about and for sure doing a dividend just to do one should not be done but doing everything these guys have done deserves it.
