$PSGR As of 8:00 AM Arizona Time today, NO NEWS SINCE AUGUST 13 from Pershing Resources. Is anyone surprised that NOTHING has come out of corporate Pershing Resources for OVER TWO MONTHS?
IF you are thinking about investing in a stock, please take the time to complete your Due Diligence. A good start is to review the HISTORY of a company. Of special interest: 1) The number of times the company has changed names BUT the same personnel reappear with the 'new' company 2) The share price graphs over the time of company existence. This one holds special interest IF the company has been around for many years. Check the Ups & Downs of the share price with the Press Releases...AND then check the follow-ups. MANY questionable companies suggest/intimate/hint that 'something' could happen due to a possible action by the company and then NOTHING EVER CHANGES. Well, nothing ever changes except the money from your wallet to theirs 3) What looks like a 'Shell Game' where the investor is following one published activity of the company that has been represented as a GOOD/EXCELLENT possibility then NOTHING is said about the activity and a NEW GOOD/EXCELLENT activity appears out of nowhere.
Gotta be getting close to another Press Release that suggests that something is about to happen....sometime in the undefined future.
