The boss needs more time to close deals because that is his only asset, time.
The boss needs more time to negotiate DE debt. Unfortunately only one side is negotiating and that is why there has been no movement in a year. You have to remember that penalties and interest ae being added daily to the prior debt and current year fees as well.
