Those who suggest that MMEX's SEC filings are not definitive, or perhaps fraudulent should produce substantive facts to that claim.
The facts are contained in MMEX's SEC filings, including the pre-14C, Definitive 14C, and the most recent 8-K - these are the sources of record, and unless someone has substantive evidence that their contents are fraudulent, the claims "no facts," "coward & liar" are simply empty attacks, projections, from the individual making them.
From the Definitive 14C, filed 9/26, page 4:
Taking investment advice from failed day-traders, now working as truck drivers in the oil-field is perilous.
