I only play a couple of times a year when I go to my time share in Aruba (OTC Much More Fun), but when I do it's usually from 6-8 hours- My record is 18 hours at the same table at the Bellagio when they first opened- sat down at 4:00 PM local time (before checking my bags) after my flight from NY, left the table at 10:00 am- to say it was a "wild night" is the understatement of the decade- went up big (for me, about $15K) within 3 hours, and coasted until about midnight- between midnight and 4:00 am it was just me and 4 hookers at the table, (each of which figured I was going to get up at some point and spend some of my lucky winnings on some companionship), and from 4:00 am (when they finally gave up) on, it was mostly me and the dealer one-on-one, something I rarely do. When it all ended, as all good things do, the totals were something like 1500-2000 ml of Absoulte, 10-12 espressos, pack and a half of Marlboro lights, emz up $9K, various dealers around $2K in tips, Hookers $0. Oh, and that was the firs day of what was supposed to be a 4 day Firm Retreat at my prior law firm, but I knew I was leaving the firm (and they didn't), LOL. By the end of the 4th day, I realized that I hadn't stepped out of the Bellagio for 4 days, had no sunlight or fresh air the entire time, and basically crawled to the plane and came home looking like a ghost and a pretty sick one at that- took 3-4 days to recover (I was much younger then)- If I tried anything near that now, would be coming home in a body bag
