And on a serious note, if ANDI and Cycloids have or are going to part ways as JM indicates, which one cannot rule out as a possibility, then we have to update our ANDI Scam analysis/equation a bit (since I think we all can agree that Cycloids is not a Scam):
1)ANDI is not a Scam, ACI is Not a Scam, and ANDI has or will soon have a new/different partner to provide the services that Cycloids was to provide, or for some reason no longer needs those services.
2) ANDI is not a Scam, ACI is a Scam, and ANDI has or will soon have a new/different partner to provide the services that Cycloids was to provide, or for some reason no longer needs those services.
3) ANDI is a Scam, ACI is (was?) not a Scam, and ANDI has no intention of obtaining a new/different partner to provide the services that Cycloids was to provide (since, in such case, there is no "real" need for such services).
4) ANDI was not a Scam, ACI is (was?) not a Scam, but Utopya has just "faiiled", despite good intentions to make this work, and thus I has no intention of obtaining a new/different partner to provide the services that Cycloids was to provide (since, in such case, there is no longer a "real" need for such services)
Seeing as #s1 and 2 really end up in the same (good) result, and # s3 &4 end up with us crying in our domestic beers and BYOB Thunderbird at Bubby's in February, one would be tempted to say we have a 50-50 chance. But this being penny land, we have to put a Vig on it, so I would say we are 60-40 to 70-30 screwed at this point and one may want to check their parachutes and snorkels, just in case.
Only way to re-jiggle that equation at this point is for the Company to truly step up and announce some real deals/contracts with folks that can get these damn phones out there. Unless and until then, I would expect increasing turbulance on ANDI Airlines, but I promise I will be the last (or one of them) to jump out the door either way!
