Factually, all MMEX has "built" is a caliche road to the site of a flagpole in the middle of a patch of Pecos County desert.
There is no substantive evidence that MMEX has "built" anything, other than mounting shareholder loss and liability.
MMEX has no EPC contractor, or contract, because MMEX has failed at least four times to secure project financing.
MMEX has no business operations, no employees, and exists as an OTC shell company, the apparent, and documented business (see the TLDR SEC filings) is selling shares.
MMEX has reported $1.6-million in SG&A expense through the current period, which is unusual for a company with no business operations or employees - it has no product to "sell" (the "S" in SG&A), and G&A should be minimal, because there is no actual business. How odd...
