Thank god I have been on vacation the last few days to avoid most of this drama. Unfortunately I did check in periodically and have now caught up. Couple quick thoughts for me.
1. I believe Jmason, begrudgingly. Utopya hasn’t followed through on a single business partnership to date, so it wouldn’t be shocking if Cycloides jumped ship as well. We may not like what he has to say but my gut tells me he’s not lying.
2. I believe that they replaced Cycloides with Teralight, as it would seem to be the case based on additional advisors and Melanie’s communication
3. Utopya for my money is looking more “scammy” due to what has transpired, yet I still don’t think they are truly a scam. They obviously have phones, somewhere, and hopefully they are ready and able to bring them to market.
4. While I believe they have phones, the phones actually coming to market is obviously struggling because, I believe, we have quite a few incompetent individuals in our management group. It sucks but hopefully they surrounded themselves with enough smart people who have experience and can get this thing off the ground.
Only time will tell. I’m holding on hope because of Melanie and Darryl. Hopefully Melanie was not bullshitting us and is indeed “doing good things” on her end as far as trying to get some sales going.
It’s lookinng dicier boys but the good news is we can’t possibly go to much lower, so there’s that. And the potential for huge rewards still remains. If they can simply start manufacturing and selling phones, we will be in better shape. Question is can they?!!
