And yet, even if both alleged "facts" are true (which time will tell), doesn't really mean anything as far as the long-term future of Utopya, if it is to have one. Business partnerships, particularly with start-ups, are a lot like marriages- there is a honeymoon phase where all you see is the beauty and grace of the other- but then you wake up one morning, look at your sleeping partner and say "what did I do"? I've seen it literally 100s of times over my career- in fact, I'm working on a development now where my client is on its 4th partner over 5 years, and we're finally putting the shovels in the ground. So what's my point? I still believe, foolishly or not, that ANDI is legitimately trying to launch this business- with Cycloids or with other partners (Cycloid is clearly great, but certainly not the only game in town)- you made a decision based on alleged communications with "one side", but have no idea (nor do I) who else Utopya may have in the wings to step in (or has already stepped in) on the software side if and when #2 of your "facts" come to be. Certainly not the best scenario short term, and may help explain some of the delays to date if true, but I choose to hang around to see if the ship gets righted, because if it does I stand to make some pretty nice coin- if not, as the Soup Nazi said, it will be "NEXT" for me and I roll the dice again on another play. But for you, the ANDI game/play is over- and Penny Land is a lot like dodegball- when you're OUT you're OUT.
PS- looks like my prior post about you having sold out and being disgruntled was pretty Spot On! (I read from the bottom up, so Ihadn;t seen your post about aving dumped out in August)- Peace and I wish you all the luck in the worl on your next and other plays!
