Let's switch it up a bit here guys and gals- this "kid's" grandmother and great-grand-mother fed, nourished and nurtured me for the first 20 years of my life when my mom was not around to do so because she was out working in the salt mines (metaphorically speaking). I have mentored him since his "teen-prodigy chef" days (in Boca of all places), and he has hit it pretty big and out of the ballpark in the last year here in good old NYC- So If you are in or coming to NYC and want to experience something you have never experienced before epicurally speaking, try (it's not easy) to get a ressy at the Eddy, and Chef Jeremy wiill certainly take more than good care of you!
