I've been pondering this for awhile. Does anyone know a successful person who was not an optimist? I don't.
I remain optimistic about IPIX. There's too much history of small companies with marketable products having been against the wall only to claw their way clear.
In the early 1980's I worked for a small catalog mail order start-up where money was so tight the owner once ran out into the parking lot waving a check as the electric company was climbing the pole to cut the power.
They never missed payroll.
Northern Tool survived and web based sales equal or surpass the figures generated by the 100 stores in 19 states. This two partner privately held company now has annual sales of over 1.5B.
I got to watch the founder Don Kotula during those early days. I lost track of the times he told me, "Don't wait for things to happen. Make them happen". Fail wasn't in his vocabulary while the word 'pikers' certainly was.
I remember this when I think of the headwinds Leo is facing with IPIX. Pikers and all.
Go IPIX!!!
