I think Sal was expecting legit phones ready for retail and got a few more demos from utopya. It was all rushed and unprofessional from all people involved, including Utopya. I think ACI overplayed their hand and after weeks of waiting for phones, they got OEM demos with no software and just dumped the information on to Twitter out of sheer frustration. I blame utopya for all this mess. You all should too. They have done nothing but fuck up for months now. Why let them off the hook? You can still hate on ACI for being unprofessional and creating more uncertainty and I would agree with you. But utopya is stumbling over every crack in the sidewalk trying to get this company launched. Be mad at your shitty investment decisions. Be mad at utopya. Be mad at ACI. But why be mad at another investor who is just a messenger. We are all here because we believed and lost money. Period. We all want to make money. Period. Most of us a regular guys and not part of some well orchestrated penny play scam scenario. UTOPYA is at fault here and not us.
