retail can't .. it's the OTC .. it's NRs' playground and imo when it comes to the OTC NR has always been aided/abetted by the SEC
just me but i never go all in on an OTC *target* .. what i do is watch what NR *reports* to Finra
and base my buys off of what NR shows me .. it's why *legal* (she snickers) is worth noting what gets *reported .. it's why the daily % marked *matters* and it's why everyone should review the daily tape of trades to see what gets done at every turn and every price point by those who *control* aspects
pointing out a month ago that EO August's volume was running 10M~ less than 2017's (EO August 2017) .. showed just *one hole* that NR has re: IPIX ..
NR also can't get retail traders' back (not talking trading crews or embeds with their own agendas) .. until there is liquidity .. there is no liquidity on an OTC target where the only *game* played is to compress PPS at every turn via wash trades/resets and having a large chunk *marked*
so NR (as i've noted numerous x now) has a real problem because they have to control aspects (not lose them) .. they need volume that actually upon occasion goes UP (vs the almost always take down) .. and they are running against a clock that only mgmt knows timing of ..
this is why i never go all in .. rather set bids (personally almost never hit the ask imo it just aids and abets NR) .. at specific price points .. because math is math
so 60c to 70c .. becomes .. 30c to 35c .. which becomes 15c to 175c .. which becomes 075c to 09c .. and so it goes ..
next week a company with just about 1B in I/O ( not the Float) uplists from the OTC .. stock triggered reg sho (all those FTDs just passed around for forever)
a year ago September .. it is going to be beyond revealing to see how *handled* over the coming days/weeks .. patience can be a worthy adversary to NRs' tactics *imo*
folks need to trust in their DD .. and remove emotions (as difficult as it is) because NR plays *emotions* via SMBs .. and relentless PPS compression for paper losses to get *sells* .. desperately needed .. *imo*
learn the patterns .. do the DD .. diversify .. pay attention to what gets *reported*
clearly the *volume* (daily) reported over the last 2 months by NR ( legal ) wasn't just bogus (false) but a tell of intent .. because it's hard to have embeds posting about *sells* ..
.. when volume was cliff diving and proving otherwise
this most recent *effort* kicked in on 9.12.18 .. and was notable because unlike most prior patterns .. volume was carried over with back to back days of 1M~
K was filed on 9.11.18
Updates (PRs) since then .. out on 9.20.18 .. 9.24.18 .. 10.9.18 and 10.12.18
