"Evil" would be those who lack any ethical or moral concerns, that pump and promote the stock of a clearly insolvent scam like MMEX, attempting to deceive other individuals to invest or hold the shares.
I wonder how the SEC will handle the numerous complaints in flight regarding MMEX's latest fraudulent actions, the month-in-advance reverse-split, with two clearly erroneous 14C filings, followed by delay in execution? I see there is pre-split pumping going on today, as is always the case with scams like MMEX.
Maybe the SEC will decide to intervene on this scam, and/or DTC will freeze it. Won't that be excellent!
