Impossible to get in on bid on a large spread - MMs outbidding automatically every time I raise my bid until the spread closes up to about .01 - they are going to push it up at some point.
Watch to learn which MMs are controlling the move and don't leave the ask sitting there too long if you see a price you know you can make money on at some point.
