I am of the opinion a court date is iminent . .

Its in the courts hands, the date is not put off for any reason other than work load.
We are long long long overdue. Once locked in , this is not a very difficult case, SA lawyers for those who have read the briefs have nothing legally to stand upon, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
SFOR on the other hand has legal victories in PTAB and a SCOTUS decisions on PTABs! They have already handed over their arguments/briefs to the informed Appeal Judges, who have poured over these documents, and will already have an opinion in SFORs favor when they meet in court with SA and SFORs lawyers, just a few oral explanations if any will be necessary to overturn Kronstats errant decision.
Ropes and Grey is going to drive those Legal documents like a wooden stake into the heart of Alice 101 and those sucking us dry vampire-like infringers!
