Yes a court date can happen anytime. . . . .

George, Mark, or myself cannot possibly know exactly when , as I said in my post, its in the courts hands at this point our lawyers nor SA's lawyers can influence the court date. It will happen when the court wants it to.
We are however overdue for a court date, as the appeal model is once you file briefs you should get a court date in 60 days we filed in May. Anyone can do the math.
Kay has said as early as November and POTENTIALLY by February.
I understand that to mean anytime between november and February. It a reasonable expectation/speculation on Kays part considering the 60 normal court date.
So back to what I posted, a court date can happen anytime. When that happens it will be very supportive of the PPS as we have a date to look forward to when we know we are close to a reversal of alice 101. When it happens settlements will happen swiftly and new lawsuits letters will go out, will be initiated and the expectation then is we will see many swift settlements as infringers do not have a leg to stand on after reversal.
Good times ahead in the near future!
